UCF STUDENT TICKETING PROCESS

Use UCFStudentTix.com to claim your pass

Important Information:

- Any currently enrolled UCF student is granted FREE admission to all regular-season home games

- All event admission is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Claiming a pass DOES NOT guarantee admission so arrive at games EARLY

- Students must have their valid UCF I.D. AND their mobile pass to enter

- Students are also able to purchase Student Guest Passes directly from UCFStudentTix.com.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR STUDENT PASS

STEP ONE

Go to UCFStudentTix.com on your mobile phone and login using your UCF student email address.

STEP TWO

In the Fan Hub, tap Show Tickets for an upcoming game below your account information.

STEP THREE

Barcodes and a countdown clock for each game will indicate when your pass will become available.

STEP FOUR

The Sunday before each game, you will receive a text notification (if opted-in) when it's time to accept your pass. Tap the link in the text, or follow steps 1 and 2 to access your barcodes.

STEP FIVE

Tap to accept your seat.

STEP SIX 

If you have an iPhone, you may save your pass to Apple Wallet for easier access. Scan your barcode at the gate, and enjoy the game!

PURCHASING STUDENT GUEST PASS

STEP ONE

In the Fan Hub, tap "Buy UCF Student Guest Ticket Now" under the game you want to purchase a guest pass for.

STEP TWO

Select how many passes you would like to purchase, then tap Buy Now.

STEP THREE

Enter your payment information and tap Purchase Now to complete your order. Return to the Fan Hub to see all of your passes.

Q: Do I have to purchase my UCF Student Pass?

A: No, UCF enrolled students receive a FREE pass to UCF football regular season home games.

Q: How do I access my UCF Student Pass?

A: Go to UCFStudentTix.com on your iPhone or Android phone and login with your UCF student email address. This will provide you with a digital barcode you can use to scan for admission to the venue. 

Provide a mobile phone number so we can text you when your seat is available. If you receive a confirmation text from 986-96, reply "YES" to opt-in to these text message notifications.

Q: Will I receive a reminder to access my UCF Student Pass before game day?

A: If you are opted-in for text notifications, you will receive a text message when your seats are ready to be accepted on the Monday (11:00a.m.) prior to each game (except game 1 in 2019, which will be available on Thursday 8/22). To opt-in to text messages, text YES to 986-96.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?

A: If you can't access your UCF Student Pass via text message, simply go to UCFStudentTix.com on your iPhone or Android phone.

Q: Does having a claimed pass guarantee admission into the game?

A: No, there are only 12,000 student seats at football, so it is first come first serve.

A: Student seating is general admission.

Q: Do I still need my UCF student I.D.?

A: Yes, you will need to still show the I.D. but will no longer have to scan the I.D.

Q: Do I have to I have sign-up for every game?

A: No, once you have registered once and opted-in for the text message to claim your pass, you are set for the year.

Q: How do I buy guest passes?

A: Student Guest Passes are available for purchase for each regular season home game directly from UCFStudentTix.com. Simply tap "Buy UCF Student Guest Tickets Now" under the desired game and complete the check-out process shown above. Any purchased guest passes will live with your free student pass in your Fan Hub.

Q: How much do UCF student guest passes cost?

A: Student guest passes can be purchased for $25 at the Addition Financial Arena (times/days are limited) or the student ticketing platform for $28.

Q: How does my guest(s) scan into the game?

A: Your guest can either enter the stadium with you using the pass on your phone, or you can send them their own passes by tapping "Transfer" under the barcodes on your phone.

Q: Can I sell my student pass for games that I do not attend?

A: No, passes cannot be resold.
